The clear glass ST19 shape looks exactly like an old-fashioned bulb, and the 3000K light is warm without being too yellow on my dimmer switch. Even at 8 watts, it brightens my reading corner just as well as the 60-watt it replaced, and the dimming range holds steady without flickering.
Dimmer range is smooth down to a nice low glow with no flicker that I can notice, which is a relief since my last LED bulbs buzzed. The clear ST19 glass looks great in my exposed fixture, and 8 watts for this much light is a solid win on the electric bill.
The warm 3000K glow is exactly what I wanted for my living room—it feels cozy but not yellow. Even on a plain dimmer switch, the light fades down smoothly without any flicker, and it runs cool to the touch after hours of use.
