The CCT selector switch is the whole reason I bought this — I keep it warm in the dining room and cooler over the kitchen counter with the same kit. Matte white finish blends right into the ceiling, no glare or yellowing.
Swapped out the old fixtures in my workshop and the matte white finish blends right into the ceiling instead of standing out. Being able to dial the color temperature from warm to daylight is the part I use most, since I can go bright for detail work and softer at night.
The CCT switch let me go from a harsh cool white in the kitchen to a softer warm glow for the hallway, all with the same kit. Matte white finish blends right into the ceiling instead of standing out.
