The dimmer knob has a nice weight to it, so I can go from bright for reading to a soft glow for winding down without fumbling. The ivory ceramic base also looks way more expensive than what I paid, and it fits perfectly on my nightstand.
The built-in USB port is what sold me, and it actually charges my phone at a decent speed while I read at night. The ivory ceramic has a nice weight to it and the dimmer glides smoothly instead of clicking through steps. Two weeks in and I'm still glad I swapped out my old lamp.
Sized it for a narrow console table and the 23 inches is just right, not overpowering. The dimmer is the feature I use most, since I can drop it low for movies and crank it up when I'm reading.
