That warm gold finish is exactly the subtle pop my reading corner needed, and the swing arm makes it so easy to angle light right over my book. Setup took under five minutes and it feels sturdy, not wobbly like cheaper floor lamps I've owned.
The swing arm adjusts smoothly enough, but the warm gold finish feels a bit more brassy in person than the photos suggested. It gives off a nice subtle glow when lit, though I wish the base were heavier for stability. Decent for the price, just not the wow factor I was hoping for.
